水信玄餅1.先將果凍粉10g與糖65g混合拌勻2.將步驟1倒入冷水585g中並攪拌均勻(務必使用打蛋器攪拌),使果凍粉與糖完全溶解3.以中火邊攪拌煮到沸騰後即可熄火4.待稍微降溫後分裝於模具並冷藏5.將黑糖加水煮沸後備用6.食用前在模具裡加入適量黑糖漿與黃豆粉即可食用
