RETURN POLICY


1. Goods sold are not returnable.

2. Except frozen products, the expiration date (Best Before) of all edible products is generally more than one month, so please check the relevant period when picking up the products.

3. Food products will be spoiled due to improper storage (such as temperature control, humidity control and exposure to sunlight, etc.), we only accepts return arrangements that are not the above-mentioned problems. 

4. Except for specified products, all electronic products have a 7 days warranty period (excluding self-repair, product host or accessories entering water, man-made damage, not using according to the instructions, exceeding the warranty period, revision, etc.), Customers must bring the complete packaging of products with the original receipt to enjoy Product maintenance services.

5. If you have any problems with the product quality, please contact ICHI Baking Supplies Service Center at +852 2389 8988 or email to info@ichi-cake.com with the order number, the product code, a photo of the defective part of the product/faulty product (either one) and the quantity within 2 days from the date of receipt.

6. Product images are for reference only and may differ from the actual product.

7. Under some circumstances, the products to be exchanged or the ordered products may be out of stock. In this case, we shall replace it with a product at the same price by mutual consent. If not, we will refund the full payment to you by the same method as you made your original payment.

8. Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to our company for the request of a product exchange.

9. In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid to your credit card bank account (takes about 4-6 weeks).

10. ICHI Baking Supplies reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate this event and/or any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of ICHI Baking Supplies shall be final
