    <自備材料>溫水(122g)、速發乾酵母(3g)                                                                                 1.將速發乾酵母溶解於溫水中。攪拌缸中加入所有食材,使用勾狀攪拌器以慢速攪拌1分鐘2.用刮刀將攪拌缸四周未打到的粉刮乾淨,轉快速攪拌 2 分鐘成糰。3.夏天靜置5-10分鐘;冬天靜置15-20分鐘。4.雙手抹油,將麵糰分切 65g/顆,包入內餡糖粉搓成圓球狀。5.煎台加油預熱約160℃,麵糰收口處向下煎30秒,壓扁成平圓狀,正反兩面各煎1-2分鐘至金黃色即可。
