    基本材料(約可製作3個雪莓娘):雪莓娘粉100克,熱開水80克,草莓數顆,片栗粉200克製作方式:1.先在攪拌盆內倒入雪莓娘粉100g2.將水80±2g煮到沸騰後,衝入攪拌盆3.用手持攪拌機快速攪打到表面光滑無顆粒,成糰即可整形使用4.取30g豆沙包入1顆草莓備用5.桌上灑熟玉米粉,取雪莓娘皮60g壓平,包入步驟46.雪莓娘表皮在沾上片栗粉即可食用小技巧1.趁雪莓娘皮成微溫狀態時壓平,會較有延展性2.可在雪莓娘粉中加入抹茶粉(1g)或草莓粉(1g),製作顏色及風味的變化3.可先將壓平的雪莓娘皮密封冷凍保存,要包餡時再退冰使用
