3個蛋黃加入20克砂糖用手動打蛋器搞一搞
用熱水隔水坐溶砂糖(水溫50-60度),要一邊攪!蛋黃糊溫度大約45-50度。取出。 預熱焗爐180度
蛋黃糊加入一半菜油,用電動打蛋器高速打勻,再加入其餘菜油,用高速打勻!再加入水,用中速打至起小泡!
西入低粉,用手動打蛋器拌勻。備用
蛋白打至起泡,分3次加入砂糖!至硬性發泡。
將三份一蛋白加入蛋黃糊拌勻
將麵糊加到蛋白糊拌勻。倒入焗盤。我焗35分鐘
