依據「特級免煮冰皮粉[低糖/免油]」上的指示,預備材料份量。6粒團子使用了50克粉及55克冷開水。
攪拌後變成有顆粒感的冰皮糰。
不停搓揉約10分鐘,至表面光滑。
加入食用色素1滴。視喜好紋路搓揉。
先依比例分好每粒團子所需份量。15克冰皮糰搭配10克月餅餡,可隨皮薄與否喜好自行調整份量。本次使用月餅餡是檸檬芝士沙冰餡。
冰皮糰放在手心上搓揉開,月餅餡揉成一個球狀(要注意餡料是否會散開)。然後包好。
放入雪櫃,建議雪至少半天。
加上手粉等等的裝飾擺盤,完成。
