Joining Condition
1. Application in website
Click [Free Registration] > Click [Wholesale Membership] > Enter the information and wait for the email reply.
 
2. Email to pr@ichi-cake.com with a valid Business Registration (BR)-JPG file and related information (including: applicant's name, company name, nature of business, Certificate No, and contact number)
 
******Note that it will take few working days to process and approve (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)******

Institutional Membership
Joining Condition

Joining Condition
Application in website, and earned point (1 i-coins) for every HK$1 spent

Membership Upgrade
Online Shop Membership can upgrade to Basic Shop Membership only.
(The Points will be Zero after upgraded)
** Contact Number must be provided while shopping in ICHI Baking Supplies stores for earn points.
(Cannot combine using with Points of Online Membership and accumulated physical receipts)

Membership Points (i-Coins)
-1 Point earned for every HK$1 spent (HK$1=1Point)
-Membership points is displayed on Website page [My Account]

New Membership Reward Validity
- Earned 500 Points that can upgrade to Basic Shop Membership.
(Renewal procedure is required)

Remarks
1. Contact Number must be provided while shopping in ICHI Baking Supplies stores for gaining Points. Cannot combine usage with Points of Online Membership and accumulated physical receipts.
2. Online Shop Membership an upgrade to Basic Physical shop Membership only.
The Points will be Zero after upgraded.
3. No Notice for any changing of Membership content, terms, and conditions.
4. ICHI Baking Supplies Keeps the final decision if any argumentations
5. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 
Basic Shop Membership
Method 1
Become a Basic Shop Membership upon single purchase over HK$300 on regular priced items and enjoy 5% off membership discount (Not applicable to E-Shop).

Method 2 (Membership discount offered after become basic shop membership.)
Keep the receipts of accumulated spending of HK$300 to our branches within 3 months that can become our Basic Shop Membership. (Renewal procedure is required)

Method 3 (Membership discount offered after become basic shop membership.)
Application for Online shop Membership, provided contact number while shopping in our stores or shopping Online.
Earned 500 Points that can upgrade to Basic Shop Membership.
(Renewal procedure is required)

Terms and Conditions
1. Basic shop membership must come to our branches for extending membership or upgrade membership in person. Also, you can renew the membership on the website page [My Account].
2. Same validity of Basic shop membership and Points.
Validity Date calculation method：
-Valid Date：30th June 2025 after renewal the membership that expired before 30th June 2024 .(Points will be zero and cancelled membership if no extension of membership). 30th June 2026 expired day of new member from 01st July 2024.  
3. If members require changing their personal information or birthday month, you must visit the ICHI Baking Supplies any branches in person with the membership card to update such personal information.
4. In case the membership card id lost, for card replacement, an administration fee of HK$30 will be charged.
5. No notice for any changing of Membership contents, terms and conditions.
6. ICHI Baking Supplies Keeps the final decision if any argumentations
7. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 
VIP Membership
 Method 1
Become a VIP Membership upon single purchase over HK$1200 on regular priced items and enjoy 5% off membership discount.

Method 2 (Membership discount offered after become VIP membership.)
Keep the receipts of accumulated spending of HK$1200 to our branches within 3 months that can become our VIP Membership.

1200 Points for upgrading to VIP Membership
