After Sales Services

All Products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Customers should examine, check and understand the condition of the items while transaction or at the time of delivery.

Except for designated products, all electronic products come with a 7-day warranty & maintenance service (Does not include any self-repairs, damage of the product or its accessories due to exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, man-made damage, failure to follow the instructions, out of warranty, provisions, etc.) Customers must provide the original receipt to have the maintenance service.

*except for frozen products, all edible products have a validity period (best before date) is generally more than a month, please check the relevant period when you pick up the products.

*Food products will spoil due to improper storage (Such as temperature control, humidity control and exposure to sunlight, etc.) Therefore, the company only accepts return arrangements for non-above issues. Acceptance of the return period within three days from pick-up date, customer must provide the receipt and product to the branch shown on the receipt for return procedure.
