超簡單奶凍 食的是牛奶的原味
魚膠粉=魚膠片,1:1互換 如ICHI FB介紹 製作奶凍的魚膠片比水為1:75 自由發揮 靈感行先 就能得出有靈魂的奶凍 而我也不知道我在寫什麼 但奶凍是好吃的
取出10.6g魚膠片,冷水泡軟
傾750ml 牛奶及50ml鮮忌廉入鑊
小火加熱至冒煙,加入儘量榨乾的魚膠片攪勻
如果喜歡較甜的,可以在這時候加糖
倒入適當的容器中冷藏至少2小時
