香草煎焗加拿大豬鞍扒

1. 豬鞍扒清洗干淨, 徹底抺干水份, 用廚紙包著每邊用錘剁松
2. 用腌料腌約至少30 分鐘, 備用.
3. 薯仔清洗干淨, 加進滾水中,放少許鹽煮 15 分鐘, 盛起隔水去,皮。再用油煎香,備用。 4. 車釐茄切半,備用。 5. 預熱焗爐180度備用. 6. 開火下油和蒜蓉牛油醬,直至煎鍋中之油輕微出煙,轉中火,加入豬鞍扒每邊煎 2 分鐘。 7. 然後盛起連同薯仔放入焗盤中, 用 180 度火力焗 20 分鐘。
