將蛋白和糖霜打發起泡
將酥皮切每一塊大約5cm
將每塊酥皮都塗上剛才打發好的蛋白糖水
再灑上砂糖
平均鋪上係杏仁片 把蜜糖和水攪拌均勻
180度焗8分鐘,取出塗上蜜糖水,再試180度焗3分鐘
取出放涼就得啦!
