麵包機適用
將水或牛奶先倒入製麵包機容器中
倒入麵粉及奶粉
再放入糖與鹽(對角放)
在麵粉中間篤一個小洞,放入速發酵母(如麵包機有可放酵母的位置的話可照放)
最後放入無鹽牛油(放軟)
麵包機容器放入麵包機,設定麵包機行[快速模式],按啟動。
完成後取出,放涼後即可。
