你想為聖誕節做一個冰淇淋裝飾蛋糕嗎? 將海綿蛋糕切片和覆盆子奶油製成冰淇淋。
在蛋糕模鋪上保鮮紙
將蛋糕分割成4等片
將線奶油、酸奶、覆盆子泥和甜菜糖放入碗中,用電動打蛋器攪拌至濃稠。
將1片海綿鋪在蛋糕模底部,
倒入約2cm厚的奶油混合。
將下一塊海綿放在上面,反復倒入奶油混合,最後把海綿放在最上面。留下奶油用於最後的裝飾。在蛋糕模在冰箱裡冷卻大約一個小時。
從模具中取出蛋糕並將其放在碟上。用抹刀稍微整理一下周圍,然後從上面倒剩餘的奶油,使其感覺像滴落一樣。
