挪威芝士凍餅以來自挪威的焦糖芝士和忌廉芝士為主角,簡單易做。焦糖芝士帶著獨特的天然焦糖風味,融合甜與鹹,散發誘人的滋味。忌廉芝士則賦予凍餅輕盈細膩的口感。當這兩種芝士完美結合,味道更加出色,令人愛不釋口。
TINE 挪威忌廉芝士質地幼滑,毋須預先於室溫解凍放軟,可以直接打發。
用焗爐紙包裹蛋糕模,確保凍餅保持形狀,且易於拆卸。消化餅壓碎成粉狀,加入已溶化牛油,攪拌均勻後把餅乾粉壓實在模具底部平鋪,放雪櫃待用。
將忌廉芝士、淡忌廉、砂糖及雲尼拿香精混合並打發。魚膠片放入冰水浸軟,搾乾水份,再隔熱水座溶。混合至凍餅溶液內。
凍餅溶液倒在餅乾模具上,冷藏2小時後脫模。
享用前,在凍餅上刨上大量焦糖芝士。
